Banana peanut cake

Ingredient

1/2 cup

Peanuts

1/2 cup

Curd

1 pinch

Baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add chopped bananas and mash it.

* Step 2

Add oil, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and curd.

* Step 3

Mix it nicely. Add sugar and mix till sugar melts completely.

* Step 4

Now sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add in the banana mixture in small proportion and mix.

* Step 5

Don't over mix. Add chopped peanuts and chocochips. Mix it gently.

* Step 6

Now take a pressure cooker heat it for 15 minutes. Place some sand/salt and a stand.

* Step 7

Take a baking pot grease it will oil and line it with butter paper. Pour the batter and sprinkle some chocochips.

* Step 8

Cook for 45-60 minutes.
