Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pot. Add 2tbsp of oil add hing, cumin seeds and green chilies. Saute for few seconds.

* Step 2

Add grated ginger, turmeric, salt and red chilli powder. Mix it.

* Step 3

Add tomatoes and fry till it's soft. Add potatoes and mix it nicely.

* Step 4

Add water and let it simmer. Smash some potatoes. Once the gravy becomes thick. Turn off the flame. Enjoy with chapati.
