Chicken

1/4 cup

Curd

Turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the chicken. Marinate it with curd, turmeric, salt and oil.

* Step 2

Grind into smooth paste cashews, almonds and pumpkin seeds.

* Step 3

Now take a pan. Heat some oil. Add bay leaf and cinnamon stick and saute for few seconds.

* Step 4

Add chopped onions and fry till golden. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Till oil separates.

* Step 5

Grind tomatoes into puree. Add the puree and add some salt and cook till the raw smell is gone.

* Step 6

Now add the cashew paste. Cook for a while. Now add the marinated chicken and cook till all the water evaporates.

* Step 7

Now add some garam masala and kasuri methi
