Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bowl add rava, curd, salt and mix it and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
For the chutney.. take a pan heat some oil add bengal gram and fry till it changes colour.
* Step 3
Same way fry peanuts and keep it aside.
* Step 4
Now take a blender add peanuts, bengal gram, roughly chopped onion and garlic. Add water and blend it to smooth paste.
* Step 5
Now add curd and salt and mix it well.
* Step 6
Take the pan heat 1 tsp of oil add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering add curry leaves.
* Step 7
Put it to the chutney and mix.
* Step 8
Take appe pan and heat put veet little amount of oil.
* Step 9
Add eno to the batter mix it well. If batter is too thick add little water.
* Step 10
Add one tbsp of batter to each. Cook for around 2 minutes and then turn. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
