Paneer

1/4 cup

Corn flour

1 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the paneers into finger sized shape and size.

* Step 2

Add salt and chaat masala.

* Step 3

Mix it. Make a slurry of corn flour by adding water to it.

* Step 4

Dip the paneers into the slurry roll it in bread crumbs and then fry them in hot oil.
