Veg Quesadilla

Quesadillas are Mexican dish which is made of tortillas (one kind of flat bread) & meat or vegetables & a generous amount of cheese. Quesadillas are super easy to make,tasty & filling that's why this are so popular all across the globe.Here I'm sharing the vegetarian version of quesadillas which also tastes great & a super quick recipe too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a nonstick pan take very little amount of butter & add red bell pepper & chopped onion & saute. Then add mushrooms & spinach followed my salt & pepper.Once these vegetables are cooked, keep them aside.
* Step 2
Now in a tawa place the roti and heat up both sides a bit. Then transfer the vegetable mixture on half portion of the roti & spread it equally.
* Step 3
Now add shredded cheese over the vegetables & spread mayonnaise on the other half portion of the roti.
* Step 4
Now the roti gold in half & flip it up carefully then press it lightly. After 1 minute remove it from tawa & now it's ready to be served. Now cut it in equal triangle pieces & serve hot.
