Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take daal and water and soak overnight

* Step 2

In mng strain the water of daal and grind the daal in smooth paste

* Step 3

Add salt, red chilli, heeng, baking soda, ajwain and whisk well

* Step 4

Whisk until no lumps

* Step 5

Fry small balls of batter in medium hot oil

* Step 6

Take hot laddoos in a plate and top up with grated raddish and chutneys

* Step 7

Serve hot
