Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Turn the pan on low heat and put in the cream and let it simmer

* Step 2

Add the allulose or any keto friendly sugar that you like

* Step 3

Let it simmer and stir occasionally for 25 minutes

* Step 4

Once the mixture is thick and a bit runny..turn off the heat

* Step 5

Store the condensed milk in a container and it will last you for 2 weeks (depending on how regular you use it)
