There is a particular big company that makes soft delicious gigantic chocolate chip cookies. Now you can too. This is a twist off the copy cat recipe. These are sweet and chocolatey and sooooo good! Just one takes care of that sweet tooth craving.
Ingredient
Cooking time :
15 minutes
1 tablespoon
pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons
flour
3 tablespoon
brown sugar
1/2 cup
dark chocolate chips
1/4 pound
room temperature unsalted butter
1/8 teaspoon
salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat room temperature butter with brown sugar and vanilla extra.
* Step 2
Beat in egg. Then add flour and cookie mix. Once incorporated add chips.
* Step 3
Chill mixture 30 minutes.
* Step 4
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
* Step 5
Take 1/3 cup scoops of cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place balls on a baking tray about 1/2 apart. Lightly press top of each cookie down.
* Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Just until cookies are a very light brown.
* Step 7
Cool and enjoy these easy to make delish cookies!
