Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the filling by adding butter in a pan.saute chopped garlic.add onion chopped,add spinach, mushroom chopped & rice,add herbs and Cheese. add salt and pepper to taste

Now take a left over whole wheat chapati.apply a spoonful of spicy Chipotle on it

* Step 3

Place the filling on one half top it with cheese and herbs and place lettuce on another half

* Step 4

Fold it in a semi circle.and add butter on a non stick tawa.

* Step 5

Cook it from both sides with butter till crisp

Serve hot and crisp with chilli dip and olives.
