Ingredient

milk

4 tbsp

sugar

4 tbsp

mango puree

as needed

Mango essence

as needed

Chopped mango

1/2 cup

Sugar

2 tbsp

Butter

2 tbsp

Cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First make a puff pastry dough. With combining flour, sugar & butter with chilled water

* Step 2

Keep the dough in refrigerator for half hour to set in a cling wrap

* Step 3

Take out dough & make a roll out of it. Line on pastry moulds & blind bake for 10-15 min @ 180

* Step 4

Nowin a sauce pan.add milk boil it for few minutes

* Step 5

Add custard powder, sugar & mango puree in it. Set aside.Now add 1/2 tsp mango essence in it

* Step 6

For layering. Take the pie tart base. Add caramel sauce on top of chopped mangoes. Now add a layer of mango custard in it

* Step 7

Garnish with caramel toffee balls & strawberry syrup
