Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk in a tope with heavy bottom. Reduce flame to low.add saffron string and elachi powder to the milk. And reduce the milk to 3/4.
* Step 2
Now add coursely grinded rice and cook on low flame till the milk is reduce to 1/4 th stirring regularly. Add sugar, mawa,nuts and kewra water. Stirr regularly. Cook till sugar dissolves. (Note:when you will add sugar it will melt and consistency of phirni becomes slightly lose). Cook till thick consistency.remove from the gas stove.
* Step 3
Transfer to the serving bowl.sprinkle some nuts. Let the phirni cool. Refrigerate it for few hours. Serve chilled.
