Cheese powder (herbs and chilli)
Hello friends after long time am back most needed powder recipe... My son want cheese powder on popcorn, makhana..... And during quarantine period i did not get cheese powder any where.... So after research done this experiment and it came out super... Do try this recipe and let me know.... How it come...
Ingredient
Food ration :
100 to 150 gms
Cooking time :
4 days/10mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate processed cheese... And mix corn flour...
* Step 2
Dry cheese and corn flour mixture under fan for 3 to 4 days.. Cheese will become crispy...
* Step 3
Take dry cheese and all other ingredients in mixture jar.. And grind it till powder...
* Step 4
Tip:1 can use cheddar cheese also. 2 can take mix herbs instead of taking herbs separately (if you have no problem with onion and garlic)
* Step 5
You can Sprinkle cheese powder on popcorn, makhana, barbecue, murmure (puffed rice), salads and many more dishes...
