Hey friends..today due to lack of time sending a simple recipe... cucumber raita...best and healthy..full of calcium and protein..most liked by curd lovers...
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put chopped cucumber, tomato, salt roasted cumin powder, sugar, coriander and mint leaves in a bowl..
* Step 2
Add curd in it and mix it well..
* Step 3
Garnish it with roasted cumin powder...Serve it with cold biryani, pulao or can have it with roti or parathas too..
* Step 4
Tips: you can add onion for regular raita. You can add chopped green chillies or black pepper powder. Don't use sour curd.. you will get best taste in hung curd...
