Hey friends it's a snacks time and want something to Munch.This is a very tasty and healthy Gujarati tea time snack,will satisfy your 5pm's chhoti chhoti bhookh.Do try and enjoy with loved ones.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make homemade khakhara roast left over roti on tava or in khakhara maker,then add in chilli cutter and make semi crushed powder of homemade khakhara..
* Step 2
Then add all spices such as red chilli powder, coriander powder, sugar powder, salt as per taste, sliced dry coconut in semi crushed khakhara powder..
* Step 3
Then add oil in wok heat it then add mustard seeds let it splutter, then add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, peanuts, roasted split gram, Curry leaves, chopped green chillies, etc let the chillies and curry leaves become semi crisp then add the tempering in the semi crushed khakhara powder.Mix all well.
* Step 4
Put mix semi crushed khakhara mixture in microwave and roast it in microwave at 1 minute intervals till 6 minutes,after every 1 minute take the bowl out and with spatula mix it again, do the chivda up side down and then put in microwave..till it crisp.Let it cool it will become crispier.(it will change colour)
* Step 5
Tips: sugar powder is optional and 6 minutes can vary to 10 minutes,depends on the microwave brand.You can also roast chivda on gas.Just you have to keep low flame and take heavy bottom pan..
