Raw mango and mint cooler

#goldenapron Ohh it's too hot and the best way to kill the heat this cooler is best it's simple, quick and easy.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 glass

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1/2 bowl

sugar

1/2 spoon

rock salt

2 glasses

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash raw mango, peel and cut into cubes.

In a mixture jar add cubed raw mango, mint leaves, sugar, rock salt, roasted cumin powder and half bowl water and churn till smooth paste..

* Step 3

Then pour the paste in deep vessel add 1 and 1/2 glass of water,stir it well

* Step 4

In a glass put some ice cubes and pour cooler.Garnish with mint leaves.Serve it cool..

Tips: You can add pinch of green food colour..sugar can be varied as per your taste,can also garnish with small chopped raw mango.
