Tangy and spicy pasta baked dish (Jain/regular)

Easy quicky super tangy spicy and cheesey pasta plater...will definitely satisfy your taste buds....

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In pressure cooker add pasta, water, salt and oil and pressure cook till one wistle.. switch off flame let cooker cool down..then drain pasta in drainer..add one spoon oil on it..it will avoid sticking of pasta..
* Step 2
Wash tomato make cube an put in mixture jar..add carom seeds, sugar and make a smooth paste of it..
* Step 3
In a wok put oil and chilli powder and immediately add the tomato paste..saute for a minute..
* Step 4
Then add chilli sauce and tomato sauce and saute for minute..
* Step 5
Dissolve corn flour in 4 spoon water and add it in gravy. Then add one cheese cube grated cheese and chilli flakes..again saute for minute..
* Step 6
Lastly add pasta in it and mix well..cook for half minute..
* Step 7
In a microwave safe bowl first add half cube granted cheese then put chilli pasta and again grated cheese layer..put in microwave on convection mode and bake it for 5 minutes. Baked tangy and spicy pasta is ready
* Step 9
In tomato paste you can add onion and garlic for regular pasta baked dish..
* Step 10
You can also serve without baking it.. enjoy with your family and friends..
