Soya chaap korma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly,soya chaap cut into the pieces.now deep fry the pieces in hot oil, stirring occasionally.make sure to fry on low to medium flame until the chaap turns golden and crisp.drain off and transfer to plate and keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl add soya chap and add all the spices like (red chilli, coriander, turmericpowder)mix it well now add gram flour
* Step 3
Now add curd mix it well and marinated with 15 min.and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now in a mixer jar add onion, tomato,cream, ginger garlic paste grind it for 5 min.now puree is ready.
* Step 5
Now in a kadai add deep fry all the marinated soya chaap and keep aside.
* Step 6
Now in a same kadai add oil,puree,red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder mix it and cook for 5 min.on low flame.
* Step 7
Now add fried soya chaap and add water,kasuri methi boil it for 10 -15 min.on medium flame.
