Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,all-purpose flour,rice flour salt, oil,fennel seeds,grated beetroot mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it.
* Step 3
Now fry on a high flame and flip it on both sides.now poori is ready to serve.
