Paneer Kachori

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, and cumin seeds, kasuri methi,salt mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.
* Step 2
For stuffing:-
In a bowl add paneer,salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder,salt,onion, kasuri methi,achar masala powder mix it well.now stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it. pinch a small lemon-sized ball Take 1 tbsp of prepared stuffing and place it on the flattened dough. Lift the dough from all sides and close it nicely giving the dough a round shape. Press the stuffed ball gently and flatten it with your hands. With the help of a rolling pin, flatten it to form a puri size.
* Step 4
Now fry it on a high flame and flip it on both sides.paneer Kachori is ready.
