* Step 1
In a bowl add besan,salt,red chilli powder coriander powder,garam masala powder mix it well.now paste is ready.
* Step 2
In a kadai add oil, leftover boondi raita mix it again.
* Step 3
Now add besan paste,add dahi now boil it for 15-20 min.on low flame.
* Step 4
Now add turmericpowder,salt, garam masala powder mix it well.now boil it for 10 min.on low flame.
* Step 5
Leftover boondi raita kadhi is ready to serve with rice.
* Step 6
In a pan add ghee, mustard seeds,dry red chilli mix it well.now tadka is ready.Now pour the kadhi in a bowl.now add the tadka on the kadhi.leftover boondi raita kadhi is ready.
