Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan and roast the poha until crispy.
* Step 2
Take it out in a plate and keep aside.
* Step 3
Take two small papad. Roast the papad in a microwave or on the gas flame as per your choice.
* Step 4
Break the papad into small pieces and keep aside.
* Step 5
Chop the onions, tomatoes and green chilli.
* Step 6
Take a bowl and add the poha.
* Step 7
Now add onion, tomato and green chilli. Next add the papad.
* Step 8
Now add chat masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, oil and mix well.
* Step 9
Take it out into a plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy your delicious evening snack.
