1 cup

jaggery

2 tbsp

cashew nuts

1 tbsp

raisins

1/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add rajgira,add chopped cashew, and raisins. Take a pan add ghee in it and put on low flame. ghee melts then add jaggery to it.

* Step 2

Let the jaggery melt. transfer the melted jaggery to the bowl carrying rajgira mixture. mix the mixture properly. add and let it cool a bit so that you can touch it with your hands.

* Step 3

Wet your hands and take a small amount of mixture and roll it between your palms. keep on making round balls with the entire mixture.Rajgira Ladoo is ready.
