Take a pan add butter and ghee

Add tomato, add salt mix it again

And cover with lid for 2 min. Now add black pepper powder, add cloves powder

Add red chilli powder, add tomato sauce mix it well

Now add grated boiled egg, add turmericpowder and little water mix it well properly.

Break egg in the mixture and scramble them and cover with lid cooked for 2 min.

Now again break egg in the mixture and add sprinkle red chilli powder and salt now cover with lid and cooked for 2 min.
