Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a tawa add dry red chilli roast for few min. Take out chilli in a bowl and keep aside. Now In a pan add oil, add peeled garlic.
* Step 2
Add cumin, add coriander mix it well.
* Step 3
Now add tamarind, add dry red chilli, add red chilli powder.
* Step 4
Add salt mix it well and cook for 1 min. Let the mixture cool down. To grind, transfer in a mixer jar
* Step 5
Now add oil and grind it again. Rajasthani style garlic chutney is ready.
