Instant Jalebi

#tech2 The jalebis are sweets having crispy, chewy texture with a crystallized sugary coating. Bengalis usually enjoy these juicy jalebis hot in their daily breakfast. You can enjoy this hot Or cold as a dessert.

Ingredient

water

oil

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, add curd, add soda

Mix it well properly. Now add pinch of food color and mix it again, keep aside.

Take a pan add sugar, add water, add food color mix it well.

Dissolve sugar on medium flame. Boil until syrup turns sticky. Turn off flame, now keep aside.

Now pour this batter in the tomato ketchup bottles carefully. Now heat oil in a pan squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with the batter.

* Step 6

When one side is partly cooked, turn over and fry the other side. Fry till the jalebis are a light golden. Then immediately drop the fried jalebis in the warm sugar syrup for 30 sec. Now jalebi is ready to serve.
