This is a traditional Kashmiri recipe .this recipe takes us centuries back into kashmiri culture.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add cashew nuts,add walnuts
* Step 2
Add raisins,add almonds and add water enough for soaking
* Step 3
Wash and soak the dry fruits for an hour.now drain water and keep aside.In a pan add ghee and add paneer.Fry paneer until it turns a golden colour.saute it well so that paneer will get cooked on all sides evenly.transfer it into a bowl and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now add dry fruits and nuts to the same pan.fry it in the ghee for a minute. Now add paneer and add sugar mix it well properly.fry for a minute by stirring.
* Step 5
Then add water to it and cook till sugar dissolved completely.add fried dry coconut.now mix it well.cook them for 3-4 min.on low flame.shufta is ready to serve.
