Whosayna’s Mosaic Pudding

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Jello: In a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder and mix well.

* Step 2

Keep on boil, when it boils remove from flame add essence.

* Step 3

On three to four small steel plates pour the mixture.

* Step 4

Add different colors in each, mix well.

* Step 5

Then let it cool down completely, cut in cubes, keep them aside.

* Step 6

Pudding: Mix agar agar in little milk, put all ingredients on boil except essence and nestle cream.

* Step 7

Let it boil remove from flame add essence and cream then beat well.

* Step 8

Let it cool down a bit.

* Step 9

In a pudding mould place jello cubes placing different colors.

* Step 10

Slowly pour pudding mixture on it and let it cool down and set, can keep in fridge.

* Step 11

Remove the pudding from the fridge, loosen the edges with knife, keep a platter on it and toss it upside down holding both together.
