Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On a broad tava braise onion with oil till it's browned up add mince meat and peas, saute till all water dried up add tomatoes, potatoes and all spices braise on low flame keep on stirring till all tomatoes mashed up.
fill half capsicum with mince meat and place on tava sprinkle garam masala then simmer.
Garnish with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
