Whosayna’s Baadam Sherbet

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak sweet basil in 1/4 cup water and set aside. Blend milks, few ice cubes, cream, sugar, almonds and essence till all almonds are ground (can switch to powdering almonds first then blending all). Keep in a jug add sabza, sev and some slivered baadam with ice cubes, serve cold
