Whosayna’s Fruit Salad Bouquet

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut watermelon in half scoop out chunks of watermelon and make a bowl of the shell then make basket strap from centre. Cut cubes or ball shape of watermelon and keep in a thhali. Cut pineapple and mango chunks/cubes.

* Step 2

Sprinkle little salt and chaat masala (optional) on pineapple and mango. Use cocktail sticks and pin up each fruit at a time lastly with either grape or strawberry. Poke on the bowl shape watermelon to give a bouquet look. Very unique for parties or dawats, serve with whip cream
