Whosayna’s Fruit and Nut Custard Cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Custard: Pour milk, evaporated milk, sugar and custard powder in a pot and beat well then keep on flame Let it boil keep on stirring to avoid lumps When very thick remuv from flame, add cream and whisk then cover it with cling film

* Step 2

Cream: Beat well cream just before forming peaks add castor sugar and essence and beat till peaks formed

* Step 3

2nd layer: pour custard evenly
