Whosayna’s Mutabbaq

It is also called Kheema Chapati, Baida Roti, Parcels, Pillows or Package

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the ingredients from 4th-6th in mince meat with beaten eggs.... lay one round wrap on working table in centre put 2-3 tbsp mince meat mixture in rectangular shape then seal like envelope using flour glue....

* Step 2

When all done shallow fry in oil till crispy golden brown colour.... remove on strainer.... can cut in 4 after frying and serve with hot chutney....
