Whosayna’s Sprouted Beans

Sprouting beans is very easy and helps one to get homemade sprouts, it's very healthy

Ingredient

* Step 1

Clean and wash beans sprouts and soak in water overnight Next day strain water and keep on colander, let excess water strain out... Keep the bean sprout in broad basin, spray water on it and keep in dark place, can cover with moist cloth... Next day u will see it has sprouted wash and use. Can even keep in fridge.

* Step 2
