Whosayna’s Sevaiyyan (Sweet Vermicelli)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1) In a pot or big wok put ghee and keep on flame
2) Add vermicelli and 1 stick Cinnamon
3) Roast til nicely browned up, it takes few minutes to brown up
4) Add sugar, cardamon and milk boil it while stirring
5) As it dries up add evaporated milk stir it
6) Keep on simmer can sprinkle little cardamon powder
7) When done sprinkle nuts and dried fruits....
