Asparagus spaghetti with goat cheese
This dish is very fast and easy to prepare, and requires only 3 ingredients. Great idea for a light dinner!
Tastes even better with a glass of wine ;)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, and set aside.
* Step 2
Cut off the hard ends of the asparagus, about 5-8cm (2-3 inches). Then cut each in half lengthwise. Cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until tender.
* Step 3
Heat some olive oil in a large pan. Add the asparagus and cook for 5 minutes. Add the spaghetti, the goat cheese (cut in pieces) and herbs. Continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes before serving.
