Tortilla Soup
I'm a big soup fan, so when I heard about the tortilla soup, I had to make my own! Give it a try, its delicious!! 😄

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Using a high power blender add below ingredients.
* Step 2
Blend ingredients together on high until it turns into a smooth soup consistency.
* Step 3
On medium heat, pour soup into a pot, and cook for 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
* Step 4
In your serving bowls take tortilla chips and using your hands break them into small spoon size pieces.
* Step 5
Pour your soup over top of the broken chips. Serve with your favorite toppings. I used extra tortillas & pepper jack cheese, sour cream, and cilantro!
