Salmon with Spicy Maple Brown Sugar Glaze
As a busy stay at home mother of twins, I have to cook delicious meals that are quick and easy to make. Our family loves seafood and salmon is one of our favorites. So I came up with this quick and easy delicious salmon recipe. Give it a try and let me know what you think! 😊

Cooking instructions
* Step 3
Season fillets with salt and pepper
* Step 4
In a large skillet add butter and melt on medium high heat
* Step 5
Place salmon fillets skin side down, & cook on medium high heat until the bottom of the filets turn light pink (about 1/4 inch).
* Step 6
Remove salmon fillets from skillet and place in a baking dish. Pour remaining butter in baking dish with the salmon.
* Step 7
Using the same skillet on medium high heat, melt butter, and add in brown sugar, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. Stir ingredients together until all combined.
* Step 8
Add spicy maple brown sugar glaze to the top of the salmon fillets.
* Step 9
Place baking dish with salmon fillets in the oven about 7 inches below the broil coils, and broil for 10 minutes.
* Step 10
Remove salmon from oven, let cool for 2 minutes and serve!
