Piri-Piri Pork Medallions

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add the pork and the the rest of the ingredients.

* Step 2

Preheat air fryer to 200c and air-fry for about 8-10 minutesor so until fully cooked through, turning once. Alternatively it can be cooked under a preheated grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.

* Step 3

Serve with choice of vegetables and mash.
