Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the quark and a few tablespoons of milk at a time until you get the consistency of double cream. Set aside.

* Step 2

Add the spinach to a large bowl and pour boiling water from a water. Leave the spinach until it has wilted.

* Step 3

Drain the spinach well over a colander then press down to remove most of the liquid.

* Step 4

In a small baking dish over lap the ham slices then top with the spinach. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

* Step 5

Carefully break the 4 eggs over the spinach. Then pour over the quark and milk mixture.

* Step 6

Sprinkle with the grated cheese.

* Step 7

Bake under a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the cheese has melted.
