Healthy Cheese Pasta

This recipe served 2 adults, a toddler and a baby. It becomes a very thick sauce when added to the pasta if using with both cheeses so substitute double cream for one of the cheeses if you want a lighter sauce but it is still nice and satisfies the cravings I've been having for cheese sauce pasta.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain well once cooked through and add back to the pan.

* Step 2

Add the cheeses, mint and garlic salt and pepper to a bowl and mix well. Note: I seasoned my pasta after serving as I do try to avoid adding unnecessary salt to my childrens food.

* Step 3

Add to the pasta and stir in to combine everything.

* Step 4

Serve immediately sprinkled with chilli flakes.
