Sticky Rice

Good side dish.

Ingredient

500 ml

water

150 grams

Rice

1 pinch

salt

1 small

onion

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the water, stock cube, salt and onion to a medium sized pan and bring to the boil.

* Step 2

Wash the rice in a seperate bowl and leave in water for 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Drain the rice and add to the boiling water.

* Step 4

Cook for 10-15 minutes. Add more water if required.

* Step 5

(optional) Add the parsley about 5 minutes before turning the hob off.

* Step 6

Leave to set for 5-10 minutes. and serve
