Decore, peel and chop apples into wedges
* Step 3
Place apples in a large bowl and mix with oil.
* Step 4
Place apples in a cooking dish.
* Step 5
Bake in oven for 15-20 mins turning regularly or until apples are tender (you can add dried fruit just before the cooking time is up if required and cook for a further 3-5 mins.
* Step 6
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples before serving.
* Step 7
Serve hot on there own or with cream or custard
