Vanilla-Berry Vegan GF Smoothie

The future is uncertain, so I'm been stocking up on my favorite selections of frozen fruit.

Ingredient

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour a cup of water into the blender

* Step 2

Add a scoop of plant-based vanilla protein powder

* Step 3

Add a banana and blend

* Step 4

Then add 1 cup of blueberries and blend again on smoothie or extract setting

* Step 5

Add the strawberries and ground flax seed and blend until smooth and very purple

* Step 6

Enjoy the vegan energy blast
