Pesach Ice Cream

This recipe is incredible!! So simple, so healthy and so yummy!! You could add other fruit besides banana and mango to the mixture. From my personal experience, mango and banana freeze the best. When I added other fruit it came out like ice instead of soft ice cream. Experiment with it and let me know what fruit worked for you :) Its so much fun to have cake and ice cream for breakfast and all it is is pure fruit :)) Enjoy!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and cut your fruit. Put into bags to freeze overnight

* Step 2

Process frozen fruit until smooth (no need to add anything in)

Pour in a pan to freeze

Serve with pesach cake

Or eat plain

It freezes really nicely, first time you take it out of the freezer it spoons out like real ice cream! It's incredible stuff!!
