The Pork Kakuni Ultimate tenderness Japanese dish
Stay home such a long time... I gotta do something for someone as chef.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the pork belly into large pieces
* Step 2
Prepare the rice water which is left over from washing rice. It's going to help to remove the pork smell
* Step 3
Place the pork and fill up the rice water into a pot. When it's boiled, place a small lid directly on the sauce and turn to medium heat. Braise it for 3 hours!
* Step 4
3 hours later, the pork fat is reduced by 30 % ! Wash it gently with running water
* Step 5
Pour and put all the seasonings and sliced ginger into a clean pot. Braise it with medium strong heat for 30 min.
* Step 6
Let it sit so that it can soak in it's own juice. Heat it up before you eat with boiled eggs and vegetables !
