Low-Carb Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Layer chicken and ham in 9 X 13 inch baking dish

* Step 2

In a blender combine the melted butter, softened cream cheese, white wine, mustard, lemon juice and salt. Blend until a thick sauce forms. Spread this sauce over the chicken and ham in he baking dish.

* Step 3

Layer on the cheese on top of the sauce.

* Step 4

Bake for 30-45 minutes until hot, bubbly and golden.

* Step 5

Broil it for 2 minutes at the end so the cheese becomes more golden.
