#paratha #ebook #post33 Luchi are deep fried Indian bread made out of maida /All purpose flour. This is the emotions of every Bengali. Today I made some twist in regular Luchi. I prepared these from bread slices.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-5 servings

Cooking time :

10 -15 minutes
6 slices

white bread

1/4 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

sugar

1 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all make powder of the bread slices.

* Step 2

Add rest of the ingredients in it except water and mix it well.

Then slowly add required amount of water to make a smooth dough.

* Step 4

Heat a Kadhai with oil and deep fry the Luchi on both the sides till golden brown in colour.

Now your bread Luchi are ready. Serve hot with aloo dum.
