Kesaria rabdi lassi is so delicious drink in fasting. This drink is equivalent to a meal which gives you full for a long time. It's delicious taste also attract anyone during summer. It is a awesome combination of curd, rabdi, saffron and dry fruits.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all prepare the rabdi. Boil the milk and stir occasionally till it becomes 1/3.
* Step 2
While boiling the milk and the saffron strands, sugar and cardamom powder in it.
* Step 3
Now your Kesaria rabdi is ready and allow it to cool completely in room temperature and chill it for sometimes by keeping it in the refrigerator.
* Step 4
Blend the curd along with sugar for preparing preparing the lassi.
* Step 5
Pour half of the rabdi at the bottom of a glass and then add some chopped dry fruits and cherry in it.
* Step 6
Then pour the sweet curd over it up-to 3/4 of the glass.
* Step 7
Put grated coconut over the curd and again pour rest of the rabdi and dry fruits.
* Step 8
Now your Kesaria rabdi lassi is ready and enjoy endlessly.
