Chhena poda (The traditional deserts of Odisha)

Chhenapoda is a traditional baked dessert of Odisha. It is so delicious in taste.
Ingredient

4-5 servings
Cooking time :
15-20 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat milk in a vessel and when it starts boiling then add vinegar in it to curdle the milk.
* Step 2
Then switch off the flame and strain the chhena from the whey.
* Step 3
Don't throw the whey away.
* Step 4
Mash the chhena with your hand for 3-4 minutes and then add all the ingredients in it and mash it well.
* Step 5
Then grease the mould with ghee and pour the the chhena mixture in it.
* Step 6
Bake it in the microwave in 160degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
* Step 7
Then check it with the help of a toothpick. If it comes out clearly then it is perfectly baked.
* Step 8
Now the Chhenapoda is ready.
* Step 9
After cooling down demould this from the cake tin and cut into pieces and serve.
* Step 10
You can store it for 2 days in an airtight container in refrigerator.
